The purpose of our website is to educate and inform our students, potential students, applicants, and the general public about the programs offered by CSOCR.  When you visit this site and access information, you are anonymous.  We do not require you to provide personal information to view it.

However, when you apply for one ofCSOCR's programs, we ask for quite detailed information from our applicants.  Given the sensitive nature of in particular, Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs - both of which involve counselling clients - CSOCR has a responsibility to protect the student's potential clients by thoroughly reviewing the qualifications, experience, and gifts of each person applying to one of our programs.  This being understood, we will also endeavour to protect the confidentially of the information which applicants provide us.  We will therefore not share this information with anyone who is not involved in the application approval process.

We will not use the applicant's e-mail or contact information for purposes other than contacting the applicant regarding their application status or, subsequent to registration, to contact students regarding matters directly related to their participation in CSOCR programs.

You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by e-mailing us with a request.

Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?

We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, Web site traffic patterns and related Web site information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.

What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information?
